I've never been asked ever to refund a customers money. If a customer was that unhappy I would consider it for sure. |

This depends on length of coverage. Typical coverage includes btwn 1200 to 1800 shots. |

I basic edit to top 100-150 in 4 days and posted to web for viewing and ordering. Albums can take 12 weeks depending on style and supplier. |
