Q.  What cuisine(s) do you specialize in?
  We are a full service caterer, so you drive the cuisine you want. If Mexican, Italian or American, for example is what you want, then that's what we prepare.

Q.  Do you make wedding cakes?
  Yes, we can provide any special occasion cake you might need. Wedding Cakes, Groom's Cakes, Anniversary, Birthday - just about any event for which you might need one.

Q.  Can we sample the food first?
  Yes. We try to provide the samples you're considering for your event.

Q.  Do you have a sample menu?
  We have a sampling of what we do at www.aspencatering.com. Custom menus are prepared for anyone desiring one - we just need to get more information about the event to create one.

Q.  What is the average cost per person?
  Costs range for staff members range from $10 - $35 per hour depending on their purppose. We also have a 4 hour minimum charge for each person you hire. If we've prepared a custom quote for you, some of these prices may not apply. Each event determines the level of service and respective prices.

Q.  What is your delivery charge?
  Delivery charges are on a per event basis. Standard fees are free delivery for orders over $100 on cold food. $12.50 for all hot food, $12.50 for return service on any heating equipment we lend out. Please call for more details

Q.  Do you charge a cake cutting fee?
  If we service the wedding, we really don't have a cake cutting fee - we feel like this should be part of the reception and not an additional charge. However, you can hire one of our staff members to do that even if you don't have a full service reception.

Q.  How much is the deposit?
  For food, beverage and rental equipment, there is a 50% to reserve your event. For florals, entertainment, there is a 100% deposit. Other items are handled individually.

Q.  Do you provide set up and take down?
  We provide all the service you want. If you just want your items dropped off, dropped off and set up, dropped off, set up and serviced... we can do whatever you want us to.

Q.  Do you provide servers?
  Yes. We have a full range of service personnel available. Banquet, Bartender, Certified Bartenders, Hostesses and more. Just let us know your needs, and we can steer you to the right level of staff member.
