Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
Both our photography and videography staff have years of experience in professional imaging, along with formal and practical education in their fields.

Q.	What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
We offer a wide variety of photo and video packages, with many options to choose from. Our rates vary from 799.00 and up, depending on the options chosen. You can go with photo only, video only, or a special combined package with great incentives.

Q.	How much are additional copies?
VHS copies are $15.00 per copy extra, and DVD copies $30.00 extra.

Q.	Do you provide copies on DVD?
All of our video packages include an authored DVD. (The DVD has menu options to choose from, and chapters for easy browsing, as opposed to just a copy without these options).

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
We require one third of the total price down as a retainer to hold the date. This is done on a first come, first serve basis, as we will generally only shoot one event per day. Following the retainer being put down, the next third is due by the event date, and the final third at time of final delivery.

Q.	How many cameras do you use?
We are capable of shooting with anywhere from 1-4 cameras, depending on the situation. However, we use 2 cameras on all wedding packages at a minimum.

Q.	Do you provide editing services?
We provide full service post-production services in house. We do not outsource our products. We edit on custom built NLE (Non-linear editing) systems, using only top of the line products.
