We take the personal approach and invite you to our studio showroom where we can demonstrate and personalize our service to what is important to you. Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes- We relay our confidence in your satisfaction with our payment policy & allow you to pay your balance due at the end of our performance. We do not require the balance paid until you are satisfied with our services. We will work closely with you on your detail to insure your satisfaction- pay us at the end of our performance, when you are truly satisfied.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Our CEO, Mark Steffen has performed at over 2000 wedding and corporate events over the past 30 years. We train all of our entertainers through our own in house & on site comprehensive training program. Our djs are trained in proper wedding and reception etiquette and to operate within the guidelines established by our clients over the past 30 years. You will not find better MCs & event hosts.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  We are not "one size fits all", we offer competetive prices in all ranges for 6 hours from $695.00 - $895.00 depending on Friday, Saturday and off-peak. We have an express option for less & we also offer our own custom options from $895.00 - $1495.00 complete with special effect options. You can view our options at our studio and select what you like.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  A $200.00 deposit holds your date. Deposits may be forwarded to new date. Cancellation required 60 days prior to performance.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  We have 30 years experience in the Twin Cities & thousands of receptions specializing in weddings. We perform at 325+ events each year. Our DJs have between 3.5 to 30 years experience with our company. Unlike some very large companies we perform at only 8 receptions per evening with many additional dj choices. Performing at fewer receptions per evening allows us to provide better customer service.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We specialize in all popular styles of music from the 1930's to the present, all popular eras. Even ethnic music can be requested & played. We will play what you like.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  We recommend taking requests if our clients prefer. If the client prefers not- we do as we are asked. If you would like we can also socialize amongst your group to ask their favorite selections to play.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Yes, we prefer cd or cdr format. Other formats are acceptable with notice.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  We use a "set in" style console with extra gear on site. We also have a technical person on call and spare gear available in our trucks. We believe that having more equipment than necessary on site is better. In 30 years of business we have never been unable to perform as a result of equipment failure.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  We will coordinate all events as you ask. We are MCs, coordinaters, entertainers, event hosts, & music specialists. We will also be as interactive with select songs & novelty items as you request. From conservative, to moderate, to outgoing, we recommend disc jockey interaction at a very tasteful level. We will be able to adjust to your guest interaction level & read your guests well.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Full Tuxedo - unless you advise or request differently. We can theme attire as well.

Q.  Are you insured?
  Fully insured - we carry a two million dollar liability coverage. Our gear is transported with our own vehicles (vans and trailers), also insured.
