  Absolutely, we depend on referrals!

  In business since 1989. Attend a yearly catering convention. (One year we fed 1,000 caterers at the convention!) Have celebrity clientele.

  ANY assistance required. Please call and tell us what you need...

Q.  Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  Intensive planning and discussion to make sure your needs are met at a cost you can afford. Everything you contract for should be itemized on your quote. You should feel comfortable with your coordinator. Site inspections, diagrams, time lines are all an important part of the process.

  Yes we can.

Q.  Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  Our services are extremely competitive. We encourage you to shop around, THEN call us! We WILL earn your business. The "kickback" we get is the assurance that by using OUR vendors you get the very best products and services at the very best (competititve) rates.

Q.  Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  You can't afford NOT to have one.

Q.  What are your rates?
  Typically, when you book your wedding and catering with us there is no charge for this important aspect of your event prior to the event. We can negotiate an on site fee (if required) starting at $300.

Q.  What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  We are responsive to your needs and very flexible. We feel we must EARN your business. Available by phone at YOUR convenience, pretty much 24/7 for busy professionals.

  Of course, liability, workers comp, all.

  Of course.

Q.  Do you provide set up and take down?
  At the very LEAST (even with a "drop off") we will deliver the food and set it up. We will customize according to YOUR needs and budget. Some level of service & waitstaff is always recommended for the host to be able to enjoy the event!

Q.  How much is the deposit?
  50% to book.

Q.  What is your delivery charge?
  It depends on the location of the event.

Q.  What is the average cost per person?
  Meals can start at $6 per guest (for breakfast) and $10 per guest for lunch and $12 for dinner. Meals are quoted according to the number of entrees, side dishes, dessert & beverage. It's really difficult to generalize since a party for 50 would not cost the same as a party for 1000. An event in January would cost less than an event in December or June.

  Corporate lunches are 10 guests and our largest event was for 8,000.

  We have MANY. Please indicate what type of event or call us to discuss.

  We do it all - American, Italian, Mexican, Cajun, Luau, Mediterranean, Sushi, BBQ. After so many years in business there are probably few that we HAVEN'T done!

  All types - elegant sit down, eye popping buffet presentation, drop off... whatever you require.

  As much as possible or as little as you have. Just call and we will check the schedule.

  Yes, we have a type 58 license and liquor liability... most caterers TELL you they do, then book with us! If you book with us you go to the source and cut out the "middle-man".
