Hargrave Motor Coach was est. in 2001. We saw a need for a charter bus company to provide safe and reliable service in Northeast Georgia. We travel to all parts of the United States using modern, comfortable equipment. We are a Christian run business and specialize in youth groups, churches, senior citizens and athletic teams. In most cases, no matter when you call, someone will answer the phone. Important note, we ALWAYS have a secondary plan in the event of a malfunction...which rarely happens. When it does, we respond to it immediately, with no additional cost to you. We will work hard for your business, and harder to keep it.

We use smaller shuttle buses, 47 passenger coaches and 55 passenger coaches to meet your every need.

Q.	Are you able to service overnight / long distance trips?
Hargrave Motor Coach, LLC is able to go whereever you wish to travel, regardless of the distance.

Q.	Do you require a deposit up front when booking a charter bus?
When you book a charter we require a 25% deposit to hold the dates and the balance is due 14 days prior to the trip.

Q.	Do you allow food / beverages in your vehicles?
Yes we do allow food and beverages on most trips. Some events require a damage deposit.
