We are experts in small business initial set up. Being set up effeciently and effectively initially are invaluable down the road. Don't underestimate being structually sound in your processes, it will save you Money and Hassle down the road.

CPA and MBA! I graduated with an undergraduate degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting. I completed requirements for the CPA in 1992 and Graduated with an MBA from the University of Texas in 1997.

I prepare a comprehensive Proposal for every engagement. As a business owner myself my fees are paid in a number of ways. I work with my clients closely and we determine what structure works for them!

Q.	Why should we use you for our accounting needs?
You should always meet with your prospective accountant. I offer a free initial consultation for a couple reasons: Will we be able to work closely together on important issues?...do I have the back ground and experience to support your needs?...Trust - is it there? We must trust each other! A free consultation can't hurt!

CPA and MBA! I have been preparing taxes since 1988.

Absolutely! In fact if your accountant can't find time to meet you at your facility, he/she does not really want to understand your business. If he/she does not understand your business, he/she is NOT a Business Partner.

From $25 - $125 per hour depending on the services provided. Every activity is detailed in a proposal, no surprises. Most Tax Preparation is based on the "Form." I use the AICPA standard per form pricing as a base and generally discount from there.

I am not about completing your tax return. Our focus is to support your needs. Are you looking for options on how to reduce taxable income? Call me! Are you interested in increasing taxable income for some reason? Call me! If your Tax CPA understands your goals, he/she is generally able to assist! BUT call before year end.
