We charge 50% deposit of the project price. The balance is due upon approval of design concept.

Q.	What is your design style? What is the process like for designing a web site?
We have an initial conversation based on the direction the client wants to go. Within 2-3 days we provide a mockup. Usually there will be revisions made to the design, we will perfect the mockup and go from there. If they client happens to dislike the style, we would provide another direction.

Q.	What is your minimum charge? Do you handle small jobs as well as large ones?
Yes, of course. We have sites that can be as low as $300.

Q.	What is the typical turnaround time?
2-3 weeks is typical and this is including revisions and troubleshooting.

Q.	How do you handle change requests during the design process and after the site goes live?
We make all the necessary changes to the site during development, any changes after the completion of the site is an hourly charge.

Q.	Can you assist with hosting and/or hardware technology requirements?
Yes, we do offer hosting for $10 per month and $15 for domain registration for the year.
