Once we have arranged your free consulation I will: Come to your home to discuss in detail your food preferences and your nutritional needs - Develop your personalized and customized menus, detailing entrees and some side dishes, subsequent to our meeting - Present these menus for your approval prior to coming to cook in your home, and - Upon menu approval, schedule your personal

Our standard service is for twenty home-cooked dinners (four servings of 5 entress) plus side dishes

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or occasional service to suit your needs.

Q.	What happens on my scheduled delivery date?
On The Scheduled Cooking Day, I will: - Shop for the groceries - Come to your home with my own utensils and equipment - Prepare several entrees at one time in your kitchen - Package and store those meals in the refrigerator or freezer and provide heating instructions - Leave your home smelling wonderful, and - Do all of the clean up, restoring your kitchen to the state it was in

We can use miscrowaveable plastic, recycleable aluminun or reusable "corning ware" containers.
