Business Description
For 19 years we've provided the finest mobile disc jockey entertainment. With 18 DJs, we now service the Chicagoland area, northwestern Indiana, and parts of Wisconsin region. We will match you with a DJ based on your ages and the amount of interaction you would like your DJ to have with your guests. We performed 829 events in 2007 and can prove we did every one of them. We will tailor make your party or reception to your specifications. We'll include free lighting, free props (if you wish), provide liability insurance, and have many options not offered by others. Call us for a free portfolio containing our references, songlist, and a 42 minute dvd featuring many of our disc jockeys in action.

Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes. If I feel it is a justified reason. Keep in mind we don't do perfect events. We have people who make great effort in trying to do their best.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I've been a disc jockey for 18 years. I've been a psychologist for 28 years. It's the only two things I love and enjoy. With experiences in dealing with people I've been able to assemble a group of people I feel are more qualified than any other company can employ.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  Costs vary as to location and date, but suffice to say costs average from $75-$100 hourly

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We require a deposit between $125 and $150, with a four week cancellation all monies returned minus the deposit.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  We've performed thousands of events over the years. Currently we average over 600 events yearly.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We play music from the 1940's through today's top 40 music.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  Yes, unless otherwise specified by our customer.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Yes. With a music library of over 23,000 songs, chances are we have your favorites but we'll let you know if we don't.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes. We have a full set of equipment and a highly trained disc jockey available every event. Some have extra equipment with them.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Yes. We'll line up the bridal party and go over the pronunciation of the names before introductions. We'll anounce special toasts, anniversaries, and cake cutting ceremony.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Tuxedo unless otherwise specified

Q.  Are you insured?
  Yes, we have a policy with Travelers Insurance providing extensive liability protection from bodily injuries, premise damage, etc.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  We perform a full time service. Therefore, with 15 sets of equipment we can offer a reasonable price for quality entertainment. We are very strict with our disc jockey staff. They are required to do a pre-call the week of the event and double check music, location, hours to play and be detailed and disciplined in procedures. We have a prerequisite format we follow closely. We don't hire disc joc

  Not that other djs don't have but we do have several office personnel to pull specific types of music requested by our customer.

  Yes, unless otherwise specified not to by the host of the party.

  Provide djs with college degrees, experience and sell at a more reasonable fee.

  Our training program is one of the best. We have video training, on site experience for 30 days and a two-hour private class to fully disect a wedding and party atmosphere. When to play certain songs is as important as the decision if to play them at all.

Q.  What are your hourly rates? Is there a minimum?
  Most packages are 4 hours although for Friday and Sunday events you can purchase as little as three hours.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  $150 deposit which is non-refundable. Any additional monies paid prior to 30 days cancellation notice are refundable (not deposit however).
