Richard has been in the health and exercise fields for over 15 years with formal education from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada in Exercise Science and Leisure Studies. He has numerous certifications that qualify him to assess movement and posture and to prescribe strengthening, stretching and cardiovascular programs designed for the individual in mainstream, post-rehab and special populations (such as diabetes and arthritis). In response to a need he found in his clients, Richard now offers golf strength and conditioning coaching. A very physically demanding sport, most players fatigue quickly and lose predictability as they play the round. In targeting the muscles specific to the game players are able to increase strength, distance and accuracy while reducing fatigue and injury. More important than his mastery of the mechanics, he wants each participant to take away not only an understanding of how they can change their lives, but also the desire.
