We are holding the leaving event at Battery Gardens on September *rd from *.** – **.**pm and would like to document the night in style.
What is the normal process for such an event? Do you offer your services *** of charge on the night and work on commission from the photographs purchased by the group from a website? As a not-for-profit group, this is exactly the kind of service we would require. Ideally, I would like the photographer to circulate the room for some of the evening and then set up shop for some portrait opportunities for the group.
