We offer central station monitoring for as low as $20.00 per month with no long term comittments. OSA Systems offers the following services as well: Network and data cabling Surround sound installation and design Telephone system installation Fire Alarm systems Estimates are always free.

Yes there is an installation fee. We do not offer free installation

Q.	Do you require a contract?
Yes, our insurance company requires that we have a signed contract with all customers. However this is only a contract for insurance purposes. This contract does not require a customer to remain for any any length of time

Q.	Are there early cancellation fees?
No we do not have any cancellation fees. The only thing we do request is 30 days advance notice of termination. Any time that has not been used will be gladly refunded

Q.	What do you charge for a false-alarm response?
OSA does not ever charge for false alarms. Some towns do charge for false alarms however. If the false alarms are due to faulty equipment, OSA will gladly pay those fees if the town charges them
