Yes. If you are very unhappy with the service, we will refund the amount you paid for our service or agree to do another event at half of the full regular rate.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
We are professionally trained and have worked in front of live crowds, in radio, and in television.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
$200 per hour, except for weddings, corporate functions, or formal school/college functions. Also, there are charges for additional items such as video, lights, karaoke, etc.

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
We require a retainer fee of 50%, with the balance on or before the event date. Cancellations- the retainer is non-refundable, and the whole balance becomes due if the event is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date. We will, however, apply the retainer to another date if the rescheduled date is available within 6 months of the original date.

Q.	What is your experience? How many events have you done?
We have over 20 years of experience. We have done about 3,000 events, with over 1,000 of those weddings! The rest are made up of corporate, holiday, business functions, car shows, retirements, etc.

Q.	Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
We have many music specialties: Rock, disco, dance, oldies, shag, swing, top 40, latin, ballroom, country, big band, crooners, and almost anything you can imagine.

Absolutely!

Q.	Can I provide my own music?
You are more than welcome to. With advance planning, we might even have the music in stock!

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Yes!

Q.	What is your standard attire?
It depends on the event. Formal events dictate formal attire (black tux), casual events dictate business casual attire (khaki pants or shorts, button-down or polo shirt).
