We are specifically customer based. Should there arise any problems with our services, our management will work on a personal level to rectify any situation that occurs.

Q.	How do you charge for services?
Our relocations are charged strictly on an hourly basis. ALL services are included in this price such as all labor to dis-assemble, pad, load, transport, unload, re-assemble, and place. Our only additional cost from the hourly is for any packing material (i.e. bubble wrap,shrink wrap, tape, boxes) You are of course responsible only for actual time consumed.

Q.	What are your rates?
2 men @ 1 truck- $85/hr. 3 men @ 1 truck- $95/hr. 4 men @ 1 truck- $115/hr

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
A $200.00 deposit in the form of personal check/money order, or designated credit card is due the day of scheduling in order to gaurantee your spot with a truck.

We will deliver on the same day moved, unless previously arranged otherwise.

Q.	How much advance notice do you need to schedule a move?
It is always pertinant to schedule your relocation asap, as we operate on a first come, first serve basis. A 1-2 week window is normally sufficiant.

Q.	How long does a move typically take?
Depending on the size of your home, and the amount of packing you need done, a move can take anywhere from 3 hours-12hrs. Please feel free to contact us to get an accurate estimate.

Short-term (3 months or less)

Q.	Do you provide packing materials?
We provide a full packing service. It is optional, and additional from our hourly rates.
