ABC Relocation Systems is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro Area of North Texas. Although we call Texas home, that does not mean our moves are limited to only those in our surrounding areas. We have a 48-state operating license, so we are willing and able to travel anywhere within the continental United States.
We know you have the choice with moving companies. We want to make a difference by listening to your needs and caring for your belongings. Our customer service is outstanding and is our number one priority. 80% of our customers are from referrals. We will take care of you! Either on the phone or on move day. Our staff is polite and experienced. The moves we organized are flexible and customized to fit your needs. Don't hesitate to read our customer comments! We have company policies that make us the exception: 1. We call you when we are driving to you: all our drivers have cell phones. 2. Additional items are the same price on move day as on the computer the day you booked your move. 3. The move price is the same in the middle of the month as the end of the month.4. No hidden costs. (E.g. arrival fee & fuel charges.) 6. We email or fax the itemized list to the customer so there are no misunderstandings. 7. We do not over book the end of the month. 8. All our moving equipment is well maintained and of premium quality. 9. We are flexible to the customers needs and realize each move is unique.Our company is licensed by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), bonded, and insured. We use only professional equipment (i.e. furniture pads, dollies, ect.) and all of our employees are just that, Employees. We do not, nor have we ever, used any day labor movers from any sort of temporary employment service. We have properly completed applications and background checks done on every person that works for us.
As you can see, we have all the legalities well taken care of. For extra assurance, ABC Relocation Systems are members of the Better Business Bureau and our TxDOT number is 594177oc.
