No, you can use yur own body reisistance to train. You may purchase a package from me that is under $50.0O that contains a resistance ball, tubing and a set of dumbbells. |

See above----I do give them as much help as they need to achieve the goals they want. But becoming fit and losing weight is something each individual has to want to do themselves. I feel I give my clients all the tools for them to achieve their goals. |
