Yes, we have customer satisfaction. Our refund policy, is based on any damage to property and will be immediately replaced or value settled. All Renovation & Remodeling work will come with a warranty. Warranty will vary with nature of contract job.

yes, our truck is insured/bonded. However to cover your cargo, you would have to request coverage which will include additional cost. If you choose not to have this or wave the bond. We still guarantee to cover damage of merchandise at its depreciated value. We also Insure our Renovation and remodeling work against any non contractual damages.

We accept checks, Money Orders, Cash, Casher Checks, and direct deposits. We have worked with Individuals under special financial circumstances. We will offer payment installments under un-for-seen financial situations.

Our rates varies. We determine rates based on the following calculations. Mileage + Labor + Weight or amount to be shipped. Keep in mind, the numerical calculations we use most of the time gives quotes most our competitors can't compare with. We use numbers that are fair to you and compensating to us. Our Rates for Remodeling and Renovation will vary based on Contract work.

We usually require a deposit if the amount is a thousand or more. If the move is interstate we will require a deposit. All renovation and remodeling work will have a payment schedule embodied In the Contract as an appendix.

Yes, we guarantee our work and deliveries.

Q.	How much advance notice do you need to schedule a move?
We usually want two weeks or more to properly prepare our selves and to give you some pointers to allow your move to go as smoothly as possible. We like to communicate with our clients throughout the move, so they will be comfortable with use and us with them.

This to will vary on the size of the job. Normally we can move a 2-3bdrm, in the same day depending on the distance. 5 or more bdrm depending on distance could take two or more days. Typically if the move is in the same city it could be done the same day. Interstate moves normally take two or more days.

We do help arrange short term storage. We don't provide long term storage. But we will underwrite a long term storage facility for you, at the additional cost of the storage.

Yes we will provide packing material at a additional cost. We normally suggest that individuals collect the boxes and save news papers weeks or even months in advance. As a cost cutting corner.
