We are a beautifully restored 1897 Queen Victorian Mansion, set on two wooded acres in downtown Denison, TX. We can accommodate wedding parties of up to 50 people indoors and 150+ outdoors at our gazebo. Our packages include bride and groom cakes, punch, nuts and mints, and coffee. The setup includes decorating and a sound system. Photographers, florists, and officant are extra, as well as extra food, but can be arranged.

The Inn has hosted about 50 weddings in our 4 years here. We have held rehearsal dinners, golden wedding celebrations, many showers, brunches, luncheons, teas, adult birthday parties, and tea parties for young ladies. |

How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit? |
| |
Weddings require a $250 non-refundable deposit to hold the date. Half of the total cost is due three months before the event and the entire amount is due 30 days before the event. Showers, etc. require a $100 deposit for house rental to hold the date. Cake, punch, coffee, nuts, & mints is $3.50 + tax per person. Meals $10.83 - $15.50. |
