I have over 27 years of organizational planning and customer service experience. I am a Professional Bridal Consultant. I completed my training through the Association of Bridal Consultants. I also take continuing education courses from Association of Bridal Consultants as well as related courses through community colleges.

I have been involved in planning over 50+ weddings in over the past 5 years. I can give any client a list of referrals for them to contact.

How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?

Based upon the needs of the individual client, I assist the client with their selection. Sometimes, I do all of the research and locate the vendor, or I recommend places to locate the items desired. The services that I provide are ability to purchase their wedding gown through Discount Bridal Service at a 20-40% savings from the manufacturers suggested retail price. I offer invitations, programs and accessories through Carlson Craft, Regency, Chase, Birchcraft and Stylart at 30% off suggested manfacturers retail. I offer headpieces, veils, jewelry, under-garments and accessories for the bride at 25% off from a variety of Wedding Vendors. I offer wedding party gifts and favours from Wedding Supplies Direct at 25% off.

Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.

In our initial interview, I start to discover what the couple likes to do, what ideas they have for their wedding and what they do not like about weddings. It is my goal to give them a Wedding Day that is Wonderful! The process is actually 3 stages. It is first, the planning stage of getting the details planned and organized to achieve the wedding that you want. The second stage is executing these details on your wedding from the rehearsal through the very last dance and farewell through ensuring the vendors have completed their contractual agreements and little meaningful details are done to your expectations. After the wedding, I follow up the couple and their families to make sure that everything went as planned by phone call as well as written evaluation.

Q.	Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
I usually provide the client with 5 vendor referrals per category. I try to give them people who will work with them and provide them the service and wedding that the client desires.

No, I do not get any "kickbacks" from vendors. I ask the vendor to give you the discount. I want you to feel that you are getting a good value for your money for my services.

Yes, I will work within in any budget. I can assist you in staying on budget and creating the wedding that you want.

Q.	What are your rates?
My hourly consultation rate is $75.00. Wedding Day Direction starts at $1200.00. Full Wedding Coordination starts at $2500.00. I work with any budget.

I work to make each bride feel that her wedding is the most important day in her life, and the most Wonderful Day in her life!

I offer full service planning. I work closely with my clients to achieve the goal that is desired by them. I have planned many events over the past 5 years.

Q.	What is your experience? How many events have you planned and what type?
I have done events from Open House for a business, Golf Tournaments, Company Holiday Parties. In the past 5 years, I have done over 35 corporate events. In 2006, I have 10 corporate events in progress of planning.

Q.	How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
I base my fees upon the scope of the event. It is usually about 5-10% of the budget for the event. I usually send a letter of agreement which requests a deposit and outlines the final payment.

Site selection for ceremony and reception, photography, floral, invitations, decor, attire, accomodations and entertainment. I do not offer travel services, but can refer many wonderful people who can assist you.
