Samantha Goldberg of Gold Events has been working in the venue planning industry for over 14 years. She started her career in the Professional Fashion and Beauty industry, thus allowing her to have a keen eye for decor and style. Our clientele varies from the very elite to the budget concerned couple. We customize all programs to to fit every personality. Our forte' is ambiance. Some of Gold Events workings can be seen on the Style Network's "Whose Wedding Is It Anyways" series in late March,April,May and June 2006. New shows will be announced in Summer of 2006. She has also been featured in the March/April edition of Bridal Guide,Courier News, The Speaker,The Jewish State and several other Regional and National publications giving fantastic tips to the "budget" savvy bride. Samantha currently coordinates weddings and all types of social affairs in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Chicago.   We always offer our customers quality and respect. If they are unhappy for whatever reason, we try to rectify the issue. We would never allow anyone to work with us who was unhappy with our services. It's important to like your planner!

  Samantha Goldberg of Gold Events LLC has worked in the professional beauty and fashion industry for over 14 years. She has designed anything from fashion trade shows and educational programs to weddings and events of all ranges. We are also members of The Bridal Association of America.

  We have planned over 400 events.

Q.  How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  We begin our relationship by finding out what is most important to our clients. We prioritize what is appropriate for the budget. Our best asset is having the ability to give our clients the best vendors and venue selection without winking an eye! Having a strong relationship in the retail-wholesale business for over 14 years doesn't hurt us either!

Q.  Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  Process begins with an evaluation of the event. We make our recommendations based on the style and preferences of our client. We then offer a solution based on the style, scope and budget.

Q.  Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  We have a very large list of preferred vendors in 4 states.

Q.  Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  We do NOT accept commissions from our vendors. Our reward is to get referrals based on the amount of business we recommend to our vendors.

Q.  Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  You absolutely can't afford NOT have one. A bridal consultant can save you more than just her fees in savings with vendors, she saves you your sanity! We hear many too many times...I should have hired a planner...After the fact. I did not even get to enjoy my wedding. I was too busy fixing issues.

Q.  What are your rates?
  Our rates are based on the size and scope of your event. We do not feel a percentage based fee makes sense. If you say 50,000 and you spend 30,000. Who really comes out ahead? You do! All of our programs are customized to fit the clients needs.

  We are a very upbeat-style savvy company with over 14 years experience in decor and ambiance. We also understand what it means to stay with-in a budget when "budget"is a factor. We listen well. It's not about making money it's about making you happy. If we cannot accomplish this no-one wins.

  We have planned all types of events including: weddings, corporate parties, educational workshops fundraisers, engagement parties, showers, anniversaries, and even toddler tea parties. The cutest ever!

  We do require a deposit. Payment plans are a consideration based on the budget. We are always up for discussion with special circumstances.

  That's a very good question. Why wouldn't you? We are a full service consulting company that provides insight on all levels. We have worked in both the corporate setting as well as private affairs.
