All Cruiseship transfers are pre-paid and non-refundable. In Alaska , we have a short window to operate due to the season. Once we reserve a vehicle , that vehicle is pulled from the inventory for that particular date and times booked.1 reservation uses 20% reduction in our fleet , that is not avialble to any further customers.Most people book months in advance. What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?

Our Chauffeurs, have been trained through the Anchorage City Transportation Dept. background checks, Random Drug tests. Physical Cards are required for City and DOT CDL.

What services do you provide?

Chauffeured transpotation, Group, large , small, and private tours.

Where have you traveled to?

We travel within Alaska roadway systems, except the following, The Haul Road,McCarthy,Denali and other certain Gravel roads. We value your safety, satisifaction and our equipment.

What are your hourly rates?

Averages between $55 up to $225. Depending on itineray, date, and mutilple hours and vehicle utilized.

How much is the gratuity?

What is included in the price?

Complimentary water, knowledgable professionally attired ( suit) chauffeur , and currently , the Newest equipment of it kind in Alaska

We will provide snacks and beverages upon, the group size and request.

How much is the deposit?

Cruiseships, and out of state clients ( unless a corporate contract is completed)100% pre-paid. Local ,50% down is required to reserve, and balance with 7 days of itineray

What is your cancellation policy?

Local Charters,15 working Business days, other than Proms, New Years, and major Hoildays.8-5 Mon-Friday. All Cruiseship Transfers are nonrefundable. Weekends are non-refundable ,unless followed under the above guidelines.

Are you insured?

We are Insured by law to be permitted to operate. If any travel agents need to be listed as additionally insured, our insurance agent is happy to assit in certifing your company.

Yes, 8 hours 8-10 pass $525 plus gratuity, Red Carpet, Just Married Signage, a Chauffeur and a White Limousine Price not Valid on Prom, New Years and other major Holidays

Is smoking permitted?

All vehicles are non-smoking. However, we will pull aside for our smoking passengers , if requested.

What makes you different from other limousine services?

We have five competitors, 4 have been well established companies ,prior to our exsistence. In 4 years we have purchased 4 new vehicles, and have three paid off, and our competitors combined have purchased 4 used . Hotels recommend Aurora Limousines as first preference. Currently, we offer 3 mini-buses,22passenger each, new in 2006 a Limo Coach 45 pass.
