Q.	Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
Absolutely. If you are not completely satisfied with your service we will refund you 10% up to 100% depending on the nature of the problem.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
Hourly rates vary from vehicle to vehicle and and from type of service to type of service. Our standard rates are $75 per hour for stretch limousines, $65 per hour for passenger vans and $50 per hour for luxury sedans.

Q.	How much is the gratuity?
Our standard rate is 20% but we encourage passengers to tip their driver accordingly (great service= 25-30%, poor service = 15%). We do not allow gratuities below 15% as the gratuity is part of the drivers pay.

Q.	What is included in the price?
We inlcude all tolls and fuel surcharges for airport runs (you will however be charged for parking at airports) champagne, bottled water and ice for your night outs & weddings and ice and bottled water for all other services.

Q.	Do you provide snacks and beverages?
We do provide snacks upon request and bottled water is standard on all services. Other beverages are available upon request as well.

Q.	How much is the deposit?
We do not require a deposit unless it is a wedding reservation (50% deposit). We do however require a valid credit card number and expiration date to hold all reservations.

Q.	What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are acceapted without charge up to 48 hours prior to your service date. After that there is a $50 charge. If your driver has already been dispatched the charge is 50% and if you are a no call / no show then it is the full rate.

Q.	Are you insured?
We are fully insured and licensed with the State DOT, US DOT and the Federal Motor Carrier Saftey Administration and well as local and state DMV.

Q.	What types of vehicles do you offer?
We have white,black or tuxedo 8 passenger stretch limousines, black 6 passenger limos, 10 passenger vans & limo vans and luxury sedans. Our Limos are Lincolns, the Vans are Fords and the sedans are either Cadillacs or Lincolns.

Q.	What colors are available?
We have black, white or tuxedo stretch limos, dark blue passenger vans and standard black sedans. Other color sedans are available upon request.

Q.	Is smoking permitted?
We have designated smoking and non smoking vehicles. If you want to be able to smoke, please request a smoking vehicle.
