Business Description

Ace Remodelers started 21 years ago with two friends going into business (Tom and Neil). Tom's father-in-law was a well known builder in the northern NJ area and taught the two young men the business. As they acquired more knowledge of the construction business they started to build homes in Sussex County, NJ. Eventually Neil bought Tom out and has been running the business ever since. After 21 years in the home remodeling and building business Neil now specializes in residential and light commercial construction including Additions, Add-A-Levels, Dormers, Siding, Roofing, Windows, Doors, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Sunrooms, Commercial Construction & Renovations. We help our clients every step of the way including sketches, plans, permits & working with the building department to expedite the permit process.

Our rates are based on the job and we offer you a fixed price for each job, where other contractors charge an hourly rate the job can run over and cost the consumer a lot of extra money.

We work with you every step of the way, from concept to completion, we start with building plans that we submit to the town for approval if needed.
