We have a replacement policy. If a final product is delivered damaged we will replace it free of charge.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
Our main videographer has a degree in the video production field and our co videographers have degrees in related fields (ie. graphic design and multimedia)

We have many different packages available for you to choose from. Check out our website for complete details.

Q.	How much are additional copies?
Before Archiving: (we keep copies of your final for up to 5 years in case of loss, damage, theft etc.) $10 Archived Copies: $25

Q.	Do you provide copies on DVD?
Yes we give the customer the option of choosing VHS, DVD or VideoCD as their final product format.

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
Yes, but it is 1/4 of your total price. It IS included in your final total but if anything happens and you need to cancel our services we keep the deposit.

Q.	How many cameras do you use?
Up to 2 manned cameras and 1 stationary. They are completely digital therefore providing a clear picture that has more vibrant color than 8mm or VHS.

Q.	Do you provide editing services?
Yes, our photo/video montage covers editing services. We provide the following services: transfer your old footage to DVD, create a keepsake for a special event or archive your videos.

We specialize in complete customization of your final keepsake. From professionally designed packaging, title menus and title pages to adding your choice of music we will create a final product unique to you.
