Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes, It is on the contract. Full refund with no questions asked, three months prior to event. Anything after that the deposit is forfited.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  A degree in Recording Engineering is held by two of our top DJ's. All other DJ's and Videographers hold similar professional Degrees and are constantly training on the latest equipment to make them the best in the industry. It's best to visit our website and read what each entertainer brings to the table. Some are comedians and magicians, too.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  Depends upon If you are requesting a DJ (which vary greatly) or Videography which have all prices on our website. We try to give one price for the entire event, so there are no hourly rates to worry about when you want to go an additional hour.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  Yes, a deposit is required. If anyone wants to cancel for any reason with in the 3 months prior to the event they can. Other than that, the cancellation policy is that any cancellation is to be agreed upon by both parties. Any dissagreements will be settled with an arbitrary committee of local Church leaders.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  We stopped counting this about 10 years ago.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We specialize in big band, Pop, Hip-Hop, country western, 80's, Disco, oldies, Modern, Club Dance, alternative, Latin, Panjabi, Hindi, etc. There isn't much we don't have.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  With in the scope of the event. In other words we will try to make everyone happen within reason. Our procedures are to not play anything that would be unapproprate or that most of the people wouldn't even know, unless it is a specail song for the occasion.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Of course, though that is what your paying us to do.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  We have more than enough to back us up three times over.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  If that is what you want, we have major experience in hosting events from weddings to live auctions.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Tux or other depending upon the event

Q.  Are you insured?
  Yes. We have a million dollar policy for liability.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  Quility, Professionalism, and a love for what we do. On average we spend 18 hours on an event from weddings to mitzvahs, and more, planning and preparing so the event will go well.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Yes. I think that our work speaks for itself. Though, a degree in Directing for T.V. and Film, and training through three cable studios, doesn't hurt.

  $15 per additional copie, though we give you several copies depending upon the package that you choose.

  Yes.

  Yes, 50%.

Q.  How many cameras do you use?
  This depends upon the package, but no fewer than 2.

Q.  Do you provide editing services?
  Yes, we provide a full editing service.

Q.  What makes you different from other videographers?
  The love we put into every product. The quality of the finished piece and the ability to take the audio out of the entire mix and fix it with professional software and lay it back into the main edit.
