B & W Charters is based out of Kalamazoo, MI and has been in operation for 24 years. Currently we have a fleet of 8 motorcoaches, 5-56 and 3-47 passenger coaches. B & W Charters can also give you quotes on a 30 passenger coach. B & W Charters can transport a group anywhere in the United States or Canada. We generally like to originate trips out of Michigan and Indiana. However, we can go further to pick up groups as needed. All of our coaches have VCR/DVD,TV monitors, climate control, reclining seats, PA system, restroom, tinted windows/ window shades or both, tape or CD player or both. B & W Charters specializes in overnight and long distance trips.

Q.	Do you require a deposit up front when booking a charter bus?
10% of the total cost of trip or $100 per coach, whichever is greater, is due within 14 days after confirmation. Final payment is due at least 30 days before departure. Payments made within 14 days prior to departure must be cash, cashiers check, money order, wire transfer or credit card. Charter is subject to cancellation without notice if payments are not received by due dates.

Q.	Do you allow food / beverages in your vehicles?
Passengers over 21 are permitted to have alcohol on the coach in canes or plastic containers. No glass or kegs. There is a $200 refundable alcohol deposit charged to customers wishing to have alcohol. Food and beverages are permitted on the coach. Large cooler must be stored under the coach.
