Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
Hopefully every client is satisfied - whether we have to cancel and refund - (providing that an insurance policy is purchased that covers the trip).
Deposits to reserve are required but not until we have an agreement that we can provide the proposal the client desires. That deposit is usually not refundable but does apply toward the full puchase price of the travel packages....
