Yes, we will work with the client on an individual basis.

Q.	What cuisine(s) do you specialize in?
Continental/ American, however we are very adept at providing special requests for our clients. In the past we have done Caribbean, Thai, Polish, Southern and other menus for events.

Yes

Q.	Can we sample the food first?
Yes. After a proposal is made, we will create a tasting to specificaly let you sample some of the food you are considering. Due to time constraints however, if you wish to do a tasting you must contact us about your event at least one month prior to the date.

Q.	Do you have a sample menu?
We have sample menus for all our services.

Q.	What is the average cost per person?
Impossible to answer, since we do such a wide variety of events. We have done light casual events for $12 per person and full service dinners for $175 per person. We will happily work with any budget and prepare a proposal for your event at no charge.

Q.	What is your delivery charge?
We service a very large area so it depends on the size of the order and the distance traveled. Large orders do not usually incur a delivery charge.

Q.	Do you charge a cake cutting fee?
No

Q.	How much is the deposit?
50% of the total cost for new clients.

Yes.

Yes we provide Chefs, Servers, Bartenders and general help.
