Music Mix Entertainment is a full service Disc Jockey Company in the Twin Cities specializing in wedding receptions. We are client focused and each wedding reception is customized based on individual meetings with our clients. At each wedding reception we provide a unique customized song sheet to make requests easier for your guests as well providing a large diverse music library.

Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |
| |
We meet with our customers and discuss expectations and desired outcomes. We also provide past customer evaluations. By doing this we have not had a client feel as though they did not get a satifactory experience. |

The owner who is usually one of the DJ's at each event has been in the business for 15 years. His DJ resume includes mobile, radio and club dj experience. |

Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy? |
| |
We do require a $50 non refundable deposit that goes towards your event. If you need to cancel, you could have the deposit go towards a future event within a calendar year. |

Our company has been been around for 10 years (6 in Minnesota). The owner has 15 years of experience of djing weddings, school dances, church dances, reunions, anniversary parties, corporate events, etc. We have done over 200 events. |

We specialize in all tradional types of music. We mostly do wedding receptions, but also do some ethnic events. |

Do you take requests? |

Yes as long as it is not on the do not play list ofthe event coordinator. We allow clients and their guests (if they choose) to select songs for their event on line. We then create a customized music Song Sheet that we bring to the event along with our entire music library of over 10,000 songs. |

As long as it is provided on CD. We often find out we already have the song in our library. |

Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure? |

We always bring back-up sound equipment. |

We are accustomed to being the Master of ceremonies, however will do what the client requests. |

Varies on the event and the client request. For weddings we usually dress in formal attire or a suit. Sometimes we dress in themed attire if appropriate. |

How are you different from other disc jockeys? |
| |
We are a small disc jockey company and by choice do less than 40 events a year. We spend time prepping for each event and since the owners do every event our reputation is based on doing a good job at an event and getting referrals for future jobs. We offer a customized song sheet for each event. The sheet is compiled based on an interview with the client and is a "road map" for the event. |
