We are Quickbooks Pro Advisors,specializing in small businesses, from incorporation through start-up consulting, monthly, quarterly and year end tax preparation and planning. Our fee structure is based on flat fee (i.e. no nickel and diming our clients on a hourly rate). |

Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |

We don't have a formal policy, because we have never needed it. Our client's are extremely satisified with us. We don't perform any work until we agree on a fee. We find it unprofessional to start performing services and then charging our clients without their approval. If a customer is not satisified, we will refund the money. |

We are a full service accounting firm. We provide “monthly or quarterly write-up” to small and mid size businesses for a flat monthly or quarterly fee, (i.e. no nickel and diming our clients) which consist of: Generating Financials, payroll, sales tax, and all other business requirements. Additionally, we prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses. |
