Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
My goal is to make the photography of your event exactly what you are expecting and more. I will do everything to ensure that you have the images to remember that special day. Refunds will be discussed at the time of booking, however, as a rule of thumb, I will either re-shoot anything that is possible and combine that with a partial refund. Communication ahead of time prevents most problems.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
I have been certified through Minneapolis Telecommunications Network after completing several classes at MTN.

Q.  What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
I am open to other options, but I prefer to shoot the event and give you all the prints (4x6 proofs), DVD of all files (negatives if film is shot) and/or the video tape/dvd. I charge $1900 for an entire event. I will come early and stay late! Any additional days/events are charged at a reduced hourly rate dependent on booking me for the "big day"! That rate is $75/hour.

Q.  How much are additional copies?
Price of the duplication is based on other services. It is generally a nominal fee to cover the media used.

Q.  Do you provide copies on DVD?
Yes, and a link to a website where you can view or download images.

Q.  Do you require a deposit?
Yes, half down when the date is booked and half the day I deliver your proofs/cds/dvds/videos.

Q.  How many cameras do you use?
I have several cameras. If I am shooting video for your event, I will usually run two or three cameras. One hand held and two stationary. For still photography, one is all I can hold!

Q.  Do you provide editing services?
Yes, I can edit new video or even old video and images for a digital scrapbook that is customized and a true keepsake for years to come.

Q.  What makes you different from other videographers?
I interact with the people and get everyone to participate in the video or photos. I believe camera skill is important and people skills make me one of the best.

Q.  What services do you provide? What are your specialities?
Videotaping events, activities and editing both old and new media for a digital scrapbook or final video production.

Q.  What are your rates?
$1900 per day shooting rate Editing $100 per hour

Q.  Why should we choose you for our video production needs?
I am a "people person" so the interaction with you and your guests is easy and fun.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
I have a degree in professional photography and many years experience in photographing everything under the sun!

Q.  What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
My rate is $1900 per day. I will arrive early, stay late and give you 110% of myself the whole time! I use studio lights for the formal shots, not just an on-camera flash. I love to work with people and find that people skills are almost as important as camera skills!

Q.  Do you require a deposit?
Yes, 1/2 down on booking of the date and 1/2 when I deliver your images!

Q.  How many pictures do you take?
Since you are hiring me at a set rate I take as many pictures as I can during the day/evening. I usually print all of the formals and deliver those along with the candid fun shots on DVD/CD and on a website. The party pictures can be printed as you see fit.

Q.  Can I keep the negatives?
YEs, I give you everything you need along with a release to reproduce the images and video as you see fit. If I shoot film, you would get the negatives. I DO NOT believe in holding your images hostage!

Q.  How many weddings have you photographed?
At least 50, also at least 40 Bar/Bat Mitzvahs.

Q.  What is your photographic style?
I like traditional photos for the formal shots. I usually land inbetween candid and journalistic for the casual shots. I would say I can do just about anything, but don't tend to land in the illustrative mode much.

Q.  Do you provide black and white photography?
Yes, any of the images shot on digital can be professionally converted to BW - If these are not done correctly they can come out "muddy". If I shoot film, we could decide which images you would like in BW. I also have loaded different cameras with different film to accomodate this.

Q.  Do you use digital or film?
Your choice...lots of discussion about this! I can help you decide what's right for you.

Q.  Can I see examples of your work?
Yes, on this site and also at: www.teamfriday.com and a public photo album with lots of samples from lots of events: http://picasaweb.google.com/teamfridayPHOTO

Q.  How far are you willing to travel?
Negotiable, preferably within 60 miles or so.

Q.  How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Within one week.

Q.  What makes you different from other photographers?
I am a people person and have been told that people love working with me. I think it's what puts me above many photographers. I enjoy the event and can kind of become an extended-family-member-for-a-day!

Q.  What are your rates?
  $1900

Q.  Do you require a deposit?
Yes, when the day is booked 50% deposit is required. If the day changes I will refund the deposit if I am able to re-book the day.

Q.  Can I keep the negatives?

Q.  How long does it take you to develop photos?
